Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the WhiteNote Journal mobile application, together with any related services operated by LAMA FOOD LTD (collectively, the “Application”). In this Privacy Policy, LAMA FOOD LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as your ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained and is not used for tracking.
Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting lorna8fletcher@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If personal information is voluntarily provided through other means by a person under the applicable age, a parent or guardian must provide consent on their behalf where permitted by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security method is completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may hold.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information collected through normal use because it does not collect such information.
Information you voluntarily provide to the Service Provider outside the Application is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by emailing lorna8fletcher@gmail.com.
Where applicable, the Service Provider will delete or anonymise such information unless retention is required by law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected in the updated version together with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.
